Don’t order from these people. You probably won’t receive your order. I ordered my wig in July it was delivered September 30th. To an address in a whole other state. They won’t give me a refund nor a replacement. (I’d be happy with just a replacement) I’m just out $125 and that’s not their problem because they have their money. Im very unhappy and won’t do business through this business again. I’d recommend bgmgirl I ordered a wig from them as well and not only got it within 3 days but the quality is amazing!

Earlier in the year, I left a 5 star review. That was before I discovered the truth. The owner of Rebel Gypsy does not like to be questioned about how she does business and wont accept anything less than a glowing review. I spoke up and asked a question regarding the use of human hair and was met with accusatory confrontation then subsequently blocked. The fact she is price gouging, she is lying. She’s taking advantage of those with health problems and preying on their insecurities. Do your research. I am super upset with myself for not seeing the truth sooner. Going back through all the wigs I naively purchased, in a majority you can see where the original manufacturing tag was cut out. I made a purchase from another wig retailer and discovered that it was actually the same exact wig as I had previously purchased from this company. RG is listed for $135 and I purchased it elsewhere for around $40.

Have been buying from this company since 2019. Found out in june that the owner has been purchasing from other wig companies ie; Bobbi Boss, and passing them off as her own ( having them made specifically for her) I didn't believe it until I looked inside the caps of some of the wigs I purchased and found two full tags in the back that were Bobbi Boss and 3 others that had remnants of tags that had been cut out. Customer service is horrible. 6 week "special orders" turn into 8 weeks or longer. These wigs that are made by Bobbi Boss cost anywhere from 20$-50$ and she marks them up to 99$- 600$. The other complaint I have is 2 of the wigs that I purchased had petite caps (like for a child) and the so called adjustable straps in the back do not help if the cap itself does not fit. I contacted customer service and was told "it fit their head so it should fit mine" so I lost money on those 2 as well. Lastly the wig detangler is in a little spray bottle with the logo stuck on the bottle (sticker), it DOES NOT include ingredients of what is in the bottle and could be potentially dangerous for someone who may be allergic to whatever is in it. 1. Slow delivery 2. Poor customer service 3. Wigs are not manufactured by this company 4. Potential health hazard: ALLERGY TO CONTENTS OF PRODUCTS.

This isn't a real brand. The owner Amanda rips tags out of other brand wigs and marks them up and sells them as her own. She does not design these wigs at all and has been untruthful in what they are made of. She used to say human silk blend however that is a made up term. They are synthetic. Which is fine but stop lying to people. She also takes forever to ship and has zero return policy like any other brand has. Please avoid at all costs. Also want to add that Amanda herself is a toxic person and turns on you and blocks you the moment you don't go along with her.

SCAM ALERT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Absolute TRASH. Nearly 400 dollars for three unwearable wigs. If you're like me and suffer from hair loss please, don't take a chance on this company. You'll end up worse off than you were before. These are absolutely not acceptable for daily wear. Personally, I wouldn't even wear them to a extremely dark nightclub. Well maybe on Halloween 🤣 I took the leap because I was looking for contemporary styles that felt more like "me" than what I could find from traditional wig retailers. I also like to support small businesses whenever I can. When the parcel finally arrived I was immediately suspicious when I saw her packaging of the wigs. They came in pantyhose boxes crammed into cheap mesh bags. When I took them out my suspicions were confirmed and my heart sank. The wigs were all horrendous. I paid good money for the lace front called Just a Dream. When she arrived she was more bald on top than I am while being way too thick everywhere else. The fibers throughout the lace top are horribly placed. She looks like the head on a balding Barbie. You know the one, we all had her. The result is, frankly, comical. Or, it would have been if I hadn't wasted so much money on what was supposed to be my birthday present. It's a shame that "Just a Dream" really was just a dream. The fibers themselves were actually pretty enough although they've broken down and gone fuzzy at the ends. Definitely not something you expect to see in a brand new wig. The other two wigs I purchased are crazy thick, hideous, AND dreadfully uncomfortable. One of these also appeared to have broken down fibers. I've ordered lace front, human hair wigs from AliExpress that were vastly superior for less. I have also purchased synthetic from Paula Young and while their styles are mostly too dated for me, I would still recommend them over this company. Their fibers (especially the Versafibers) are of a much higher quality and as a result the individual wefts aren't ridiculously thick. A stark contrast to these wigs, which have insanely thick wefts of what appears to me to be low quality fibers. Putting on these other two Rebel Gypsy wigs feels a lot like donning a protective helmet of itchy, tangled fishing line. The owner of this company does not want anyone to see this review. DO NOT BUY! I ordered a "Pre-Order" Wig on June 21, 2023. The website and my order confirmation email stated it was to ship "Late June". On June 25, 2023 I received an email stating it had shipped and it included a USPS Tracking Number. When I plugged that tracking number in, it said USPS was still waiting for the product from the seller. On July 9th, 2023 I emailed and told them the order needed to be cancelled. July 11th I was emailed and told that all orders are final. THIS IS FRAUD. I continued to check the tracking number and it still hadn't been received by USPS!! At this point there was no reason to wait for this wig as it was for an event and would never get here in time. Only July 13th they emailed to ask me if I would like a credit on my account since the wig had STILL not shipped yet! Absolutely not, just refund my money! On July 14th, it still hadn't shipped and I started the back and forth on trying to get my money back. I was told that they would "reach out to the warehouse team and Amanda". Later on the same day, this is the response I received: "Hey love! I talked to Amanda and she said she has one at the warehouse and she will scan it in and get it shipped out to you Monday! She also would like to give you 50 credit on your account for the inconvenience and delay! So sorry that it got lost in the shuffle and didn't get shipped out on time! Here is your 50 dollar gift card code: ..." STILL ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Here's the kicker, the wig WAS NOT shipped out on Monday either!! It shipped Tuesday the 18th and wasn't delivered until Thursday July 20th. Here's what happened when attempting to just get my money back around July 13th, I was told that they can't accept returns (well before it even shipped) due to HYGIENE reasons!! They must not know how a wig that's been lost in THEIR warehouse makes HYGIENE MY PROBLEM?! This company is nothing but FRAUD! The package has still not been opened and is being "returned to sender". Apparently, it's impossible to have decent customer service but easy to steal people's money with lies and fraud.
